SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are subject to the delivery costs stated when placing the order. The delivery cost is adapted to your region.

Your order is delivered as soon as possible.
Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3 pm (CET).
We add + 4 days to the shipping time for transport between logistics points.

Miior insures all purchases for transit until delivery and acknowledgement of receipt.
DELIVERY TIMES

Please note that Miior cannot guarantee delivery times, which depend on the courier company we choose. If your delivery is delayed and you wish to discuss this, please contact us contact@miior.com

DELIVERY STATUS

You will receive two delivery status emails from us.

The first as soon as you make your purchase and confirm payment, along with the information that we are about to start processing your order.
This will take a while, 3 to 4 days, as we need to get your newmi to the appropriate logistics centre from where it will be in the hands of your courier.
Once your parcel has been redirected to the appropriate logistics centre, you will receive a second email with tracking information.

RETURN

We absolutely believe in the quality of our products, however, if you wish to make a return, you can count on our help and full support.

How to do it?

- within 14 days of receiving your order, send us a message using the returns form or email us at miir7@miior.com with the following information: order number, items to be returned, collection address and preferred collection date, reason for return (optional)
- we will assist you with the return and send you a waybill by a courier compatible with your place of purchase, who will collect the returned, packed items and you will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the parcel by us
- returns are charged according to the delivery charges table above
- you can also send the return parcel yourself, please let us know and send the return parcel to: Miior 7 Sp. z o.o.Żwirowa 28 streat  05-506 Wilcza Góra,Poland
- Place the items you wish to return in the original carton or other secure packaging.
- Write your order number clearly on the front of the return package.
- Securely close the package to avoid damage.
